Terms of use for the MCP-Bit24 service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement" or "EULA") governs the access and use of the MCP-Bit24 service (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by BIT24, SL, with registered address at Carrer de les Escoles, 21, Bloc D, Local D1, Edifici l'Era del Vermell, AD600 Sant Julià de Lòria, Principality of Andorra (hereinafter, "Bit24" or the "Provider"). By installing, accessing or using the Service, the user (hereinafter, the "User") agrees to be bound by these terms. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Service.
The Service consists of an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables the connection between the User's Bitrix24 portal and third-party artificial intelligence models, allowing the query and operation of CRM data through natural language, as well as the connection with external tools and services.
Bit24 grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service during the term of the contracted subscription and in accordance with these terms. This license does not imply the assignment of any intellectual property rights over the Service.
The User agrees not to:
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity carried out under their account. The User must notify Bit24 of any unauthorized use immediately.
Access to the Service is provided through subscription according to the plans and prices published at https://mcp.bit24.com. Payment is processed through an external payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the User in accordance with the terms of the contracted plan. Bit24 may modify prices, notifying the User with the advance notice required by applicable regulations.
The Service relies on third-party services, including artificial intelligence models (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), infrastructure providers and external connectors. The use of such services may be subject to their own terms. Bit24 is not responsible for the availability, operation or policies of third-party services. Some integrations may require the User to have their own license with the corresponding third party.
The Service, its code, design, trademarks and documentation are owned by Bit24 or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Data entered or processed by the User through the Service remains the User's property; Bit24 acquires no rights over such data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The processing of personal data within the Service is governed by Bit24's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. In relation to the User's CRM data, Bit24 acts as Data Processor and the User as Data Controller, under the terms established in the corresponding Data Processing Agreement.
Bit24 will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Bit24 may carry out maintenance tasks that temporarily affect availability. The scope of support is determined according to the contracted plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit24 shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Bit24's total liability shall be limited, where applicable, to the amounts actually paid by the User in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. The Service assists the User, but decisions taken based on outputs generated by artificial intelligence are the User's responsibility, and must be reviewed before acting upon them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Bit24 does not warrant that the Service will meet specific User needs, nor the accuracy or suitability of responses generated by artificial intelligence.
This Agreement remains in force while the User uses the Service or maintains an active subscription. Bit24 may suspend or cancel access in case of breach of these terms. Upon termination, the User will cease to have access to the Service and data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Bit24 may modify this Agreement. Modifications will be communicated through the Service or by the contact means provided. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect implies acceptance thereof.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable regulations.
For any query regarding this Agreement, the User may contact info@bit24.es.
